Breathwork with Melanie combines functional breathing (Oxygen Advantage®), gentle Qi-Gong inspired movement and awareness practices that support the nervous system. Each session is designed to improve oxygen delivery, calm stress responses, bring presence into the body and build sustainable breathing habits – whether you join on the Côte d’Azur or online from anywhere in the world.
